So of course I must begin with an apology for taking such a long break between posts. I really will try to do a better job of keeping you all updated! In the next few weeks, I hope to post a lot of pictures to fill you in on the last three months.
In recent news, the boys just turned nine months old on Monday. I can't believe that they're quickly approaching their first birthday. This week also marks the start to one of my favorite weekends of the year...the Sycamore Pumpkinfest! Here are a few pictures of celebration so far...
The boys wanted to decorate pumpkins for their first Pumpkinfest, so we were thankful for the unseasonably warm weather that we had all week!

Pumpkin-Lesson-Learned #1: Two finger-painting babies require more than two adults.
Wednesday night kicked off the festivities, so we got the boys dressed in their costumes to take their finished pumpkins to the courthouse and to do some downtown Trick-or-Treating.

Sleepy cows are ready to go back home! |
Needless to say, the boys' pumpkins did not win a prize, but we had a great time decorating them anyway. We're looking forward to more celebrating this weekend. If you're around this weekend, just keep a lookout for the two little cows!
