Just a quick update - Friday's doctor appointments went really well.  We saw both the regular OB and the M-F Specialists.  Dr. Russo estimated that I'm about the size of a singleton pregnancy at 23 weeks.  I wasn't expecting an ultrasound, but I guess that's the easiest way to find all three heartbeats.  So....they were able to confidently reveal the babies' genders!  Before we fill you all in, we wanted to give you a couple days to make your bets.  Leave us your guesses in the comments and we'll let you know in a few days...
