Spring has sprung

Spring is here!   Well, at least for now...the weather these past few days has been absolutely gorgeous, but I'm trying to prepare myself for the possibilty of more snow in the next few months.  This is just too nice to last!  For now, we've been soaking it up and enjoying every minute of it.

Today Ryan and I took John and Andrew for their first walk with the stroller.  It was warm, there was no wind, the sun was shining, so it was just perfect.  We took them to one of our favorite running paths, so it was really neat to walk that same familiar path for the first time as a family of four.

With Daylight Savings time this past weekend, we worried about how John and Andrew would adjust to the time change. They both made the switch without any problems and have stayed pretty true to their four-hour feeding schedule. We're finding that with two babies, it might be a little tougher to get them to sleep through the night...at least at the same time. One of the first "rules of multiples" that people shared with us is that when you feed one, you feed the other - even if that means waking them up. I guess that means they won't be sleeping through the night until they're BOTH ready.

The only other news is that despite all our efforts to keep the house germ-free, Ryan, Andrew, and I have all had colds in the last two weeks. Andrew seems to be at the tail-end of it and has done much better these last few days. His little cough was enough to send us to the peditrician - we didn't want to overreact, but figured it was better to be safe than sorry. Fortunately it wasn't anything serious, and the doctor said he'd be fine. John has managed to avoid it so far, so we're hoping he's in the clear.

Whoops...I just glanced at the clock and it's time for baths. I gotta go! Hopefully more pictures coming soon!
